What’s Your Big Idea?
We are 6 local artist/educators working in the community and have just established a new social enterprise. Our priority is to offer high quality and inspired experiences for those who have limited opportunities or face barriers to training and artistic activities and our methods are engaging and accessible to all.
Unlimited Printshop includes a work experience training scheme for a group of young people with a learning disability, focusing on screenprinting and other creative processes. Our space will contain an exhibition, a retail outlet for prints and crafts made by trainees and by users of Brent daycentres, and a studio offering creative collaborations and a print service.
We will also run a weekly art club to include a mentoring programme for artists with a disability and portfolio building for young people. Our open access SLAMART styles workshop sessions for the local community and for special events and run at weekends and during school holidays
